1. It's a rainy day. Which one is your choice: a good book and hot chocolate, DVDs and popcorn or dancing in the rain?
That really depends on the kind of rain it is. If it's a really heavy downpour and warm enough, I'll be dancing in it. But anything else, or after the dancing in it... A good book and a cup of hot cocoa or tea. <3
2. What kind of books do you read?
Any. No, seriously. I've been known to read the back side of the shampoo bottle if I'm bored. Or even if I'm not. Not so much with the nonfiction most of the time; mostly I read sci-fi/fantasy and comic books. Mystery novels, psychology books, kids or young adult books, pretty much anything that doesn't bore me to tears, seriously!
3. What are your most awesome skills?
Getting on people's nerves, smiling and nodding and doing what I wanted to do anyways, breaking hearts, having amazing sex, dancing like nobody's looking. <3
4. What did you eat last?
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on toast, just now. Mm, breakfast.
5. What's really creepy?
Bugs in your food, people who don't respect others' boundaries (physical or mental), the way my boyfriend's family reminds me a little bit of my stepdad's family, that Santa Claus knows when you are sleeping and he knows when you're awake, and a whole bunch of other things too.
6. What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Furuba, Utena, and the Batman comics. Mostly anything with Harley Quinn or Joker in it, but I'm slowly branching out in DC fandom.
7. What flavor ice cream would you choose right now?
Probably Ben&Jerry's peach cobbler. Mmmm.
8. What websites do you always visit when you go online?
Gmail, pretty much. I check craigslist and facebook sometimes too, but usually the first, last, and sometimes only thing I do is check my email.
9. What was the last thing you bought?
Two DC comics and a paperback copy of The Neverending Story, because I've never actually read it.
10. What was the cutest thing you've seen today?
My cat, meowing at me to let her in my lap.
11. Do you get cravings? If so, what do you crave?
I do, but I'm usually not sure what I'm craving until I actually find it.
12. Which one do you think is more important: health or happiness?
Happiness is important, but if you're in good health you're more likely to be happy.
13. Which member of your family is closest to you?
My real family? Probably my mom or my younger brother.
14. Do you want to learn another language?
Always have, but never had the patience to stick to a language. I know bits of Spanish(high school), French(self-taught in middle school), German(bits as I grew up), Japanese(Roommate and anime), Italian(cooking), Russian(Roommate again), and am slowly picking up bits of Indonesian from my Beloved. Maybe one day I'll learn something, or everything, fluently enough to travel the world. ;3
15. Five things you can't live without.
My family and friends, books, technology, proper kitchen and cooking implements, love.
16. Which one is more difficult to you: to hate or to love?
It's far more difficult, nigh unto impossible, for me to truly hate. I can dislike, I can be upset or angry, but I don't hate. I do love extremely easily, though.
17. What are you looking forward to?
Spending time with all my friends and family in Colorado, and getting to go back to my home-town con again this year. <3
