Haiku inspired by my day thus far:

Rainy deluge leads
to brand new discovery;
Found holes in my boots.

iPod fallen out
of my pocket, somewhere.
The driveway, thank god.

Late for the day's work
I call my mother, panicked:
Missed my bus; drive me?

And that's all the bad poetry I can force out right now, but it's enough. <3
