Looong story. I was about 14, there was a truth-or-dare game at a friend's birthday party. We were all dressed in, shall we say, skimpy outfits, in the middle of the night. (Summertime is win like that.) And I got dared to throw a tampon at a passing car on the nearby (less than a block) arterial street. Well lit street corner, three very young teenage girls in less than appropriate clothing... And poor, poor timing. Cop car drove RIGHT by us as we were leaning out to assess oncoming traffic, and we booked it back to my friend's house as he turned on his siren. XD
